At Harley Training Centre, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all our students while ensuring the smooth operation of our courses and resources.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place on any of our training courses.
Payments are accepted via our website, by phone, or in person.
More than 7 days before the course date: A full refund will be issued, or you may reschedule to another date free of charge.
Between 3 and 7 days before the course date: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may reschedule once without charge.
Less than 3 days before the course date or non-attendance: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
You may request to reschedule your course once, free of charge, if notice is given more than 3 days before the course date.
Further reschedule requests may incur a £20 admin fee.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course (e.g., due to trainer illness, low enrolment, or venue issues), we will offer:
A full refund, or
An alternative date at no additional cost.
We are not liable for any other costs incurred by the customer (e.g., travel or accommodation).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days from the date of the cancellation confirmation.
