The information, materials, and training provided by Harley Training Centre are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our courses are designed to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) training and may include CPR, use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and emergency response protocols as per recognised training standards. Completion of a course does not qualify participants as licensed healthcare professionals unless they already hold such credentials.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the training meets any regulatory or professional requirements relevant to their profession or employer.
Harley Training Centre does not provide medical services, medical treatment, or emergency care. The course content should not be interpreted as medical advice or used in place of qualified clinical judgment.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and current best practice, medical guidance and protocols may change over time. Participants are advised to remain up to date with current resuscitation guidelines from recognised authorities such as the Resuscitation Council UK.
Participants must acknowledge that:
The effectiveness of CPR or BLS in practice depends on many factors beyond the scope of training, including individual circumstances, patient condition, and timely access to emergency services.
Harley Training Centre is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use or attempted use of skills taught during training.
Basic Life Support training involves physical activity, including kneeling, chest compressions, and use of equipment. By enrolling in the course, participants confirm that they are physically capable of engaging in such activities.
Participants are encouraged to notify the instructor of any physical limitations, medical conditions, or disabilities prior to the start of training. Harley Training Centre is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions where adequate notice was not given.
From time to time, the training may reference third-party guidelines, equipment, or products. These references are provided for educational purposes only, and Harley Training Centre does not endorse or warrant the suitability or accuracy of third-party materials.
Certification issued upon completion of a course is valid for a limited period (as stated on the certificate) and does not constitute a guarantee of competence or continued certification by any regulatory body. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure timely renewal and adherence to ongoing competency requirements.
Harley Training Centre reserves the right to amend or update training materials, course content, and delivery methods at any time to reflect changes in clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, or internal policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harley Training Centre shall not be held liable for:
