To register for any training course, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age, unless enrolled through a verified institution or guardian
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Agree to comply with all course requirements and policies
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or cancel training where eligibility or conduct requirements are not met.
All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made via secure methods provided on our website or via direct invoice.
Harley Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
By the Student:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 7 calendar days before the course date for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course.
Non-attendance without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
By Harley Training Centre:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook at no additional cost.
Participants must attend the full course and meet the assessment criteria to receive certification.
Late arrivals or early departures may result in disqualification from certification.
Certificates will be issued electronically unless otherwise requested.
All attendees are expected to:
Treat instructors and other participants with respect
Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
Follow health and safety instructions at all times
We reserve the right to remove any individual from training for breach of conduct without refund.
All course materials, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Harley Training Centre and must not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harley Training Centre shall not be liable for any:
Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
Indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage
Injury or loss arising from reliance on course content or misuse of information provided
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
